PUREVA OÜ issues invoices for products and services:

Placing an order

Select the product or products you are interested in and press the 'Add to cart' button. You can find the shopping cart and the products added to it on any page where you are at the moment, in the upper right corner of our e-shop.

Once you have added all the desired products to the shopping cart, you can start placing an order.

Please note that after confirming the order, only the e-mail confirming the order with the order details will initially be sent to your e-mail, but not the invoice!

We will send the invoice to the customer separately after a while when placing an order to the e-mail address specified by the customer.

If we have not received any information in your inbox, check whether there is free space in your inbox to receive new messages or whether your spam filter has not mistakenly directed the e-mail sent by us to the spam folder of the mail box.

As a rule, we send out the invoice to the customer on weekdays (8.00-17-00), no later than within a couple of hours after placing the order, but not later than within one working day.

All orders will be processed only after the payment has been received or when paying by invoice after sending a copy of the payment order to the address epood@pureva.ee.

Delivery and its cost

Delivery costs are calculated in the shopping cart at the time of purchase.

● Courier delivery within Estonia: 4,88.- € (except for more than 30 kg, including large equipment, etc.).

● The shipping cost of large parcels is calculated in the shopping cart at the moment of purchase.

● Parcel machine (Venipak, DPD, SmartPOST, Omniva): 2,20€ - 3,60€ depending on the chosen service provider.

● Delivery within the EU - look in the shopping cart!

The cost of delivery is added during the ordering process and the cost of delivery is visible to the customer before the order is confirmed.

The estimated delivery time of the products is indicated separately for each product and is indicative.

We do our best to ensure that the ordered products reach our customers within the expected delivery time indicated on the products.

If several products with different delivery times have been selected in the shopping cart, the approximate delivery time of the product with the longest delivery time is calculated for the approximate delivery time of the entire order.

In some special cases, deliveries may be delayed due to reasons beyond the control of PUREVA OÜ.

The source of the problem can be both the supplier, who has indicated the wrong quantity and / or incorrect delivery time of products in its warehouse system, and the logistics company, which for various reasons has caused delays in the supply chain, either by itself or due to someone else.

We update our product database several times a day to keep the information about products, product prices and availability up-to-date.

There will be situations where some of the previous keywords may change faster than the latest information reaches our product database in cooperation with automatic updates.

We always inform the customer of the delay of deliveries separately and, if possible, offer customers the option to follow the movement of the goods themselves according to the so-called logistics company's 'tracking link'.

We kindly ask you to take such possible situations into account and we apologize if you should find yourself in such a situation with your order.

Approximately 98% of our orders have previously reached the customer within the expected delivery time.

If the product is immediately available in our warehouse of PUREVA OÜ and the expected delivery is indicated on today's date, then the products ordered and paid for before 15:00 on weekdays will generally arrive by courier to the customer within Estonia on the next working day.

Orders placed and paid on the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

The estimated delivery time of the product is indicative and depends on various circumstances (including those not dependent on PUREVA OÜ), including public holidays both in Estonia and in other countries in the supply chain.

As a result, there may be delays in handling deliveries and delivering them to the customer due to non-working days or shorter working days and / or increased loads both in delivery warehouses and in logistics companies.

We also send certain products to parcel machines for the customer.

If it is possible to send the product to the parcel machine, the given delivery method can be seen in the customer's shopping cart at the time of placing the order.

If the product cannot be delivered to the parcel machine, the system does not offer a corresponding delivery method when placing the order.

It is possible to pick up certain products yourself in our PUREVA OÜ store.

If it is not possible to pick up the product in our store yourself, the system will not offer a corresponding delivery method when placing the order.

Category of preferential products

Under the category of discounted products, products (for example, final sales) are grouped together that are new and slightly cheaper compared to regular prices.

These can be the last copies in the form of products that are immediately taken out of production, or products that have stagnated for a longer period of time.

There are also products in this category that the customer has returned to the supplier/seller during the 14-day right of return period.

There may also be products that meet the following criteria:

● The product packaging is open and the product has been put into operation/tested for demonstration purposes.

There may be traces of use. The warranty is valid for the same period as for the new product.

● The packaging of the product is damaged, but the product is new in appearance and undamaged.

The warranty is valid for the same period as for the new product.

● The packaging of the product has been opened by the customer / store employee and possibly put into operation / tested.

There may be traces of use. The warranty is valid for the same period as for the new product.

● The product packaging is open and put into operation/tested for demonstration purposes.

There may be traces of use. The warranty is valid for the same period as for the new product.

● The product is broken/damaged. There is no warranty on the product.

● The product has been on display at exhibitions. The product packaging is open and the product has been put into operation/tested for demonstration purposes.

There may be traces of use. The warranty is valid for the same period as for the new product.

● The product is damaged during transportation. As for the scope, ask for additional epood@pureva.ee.

● The product has been restored by the factory (the so-called factory refurbished) to the same condition as the new product.

The warranty is valid for the same period as for the new product.
