Warranties
All new products purchased from the www.pureva.ee (PUREVA OÜ) online store are covered by a warranty of at least 24 months for a private person, and in the case of a buyer of a legal entity, the warranty period specified by the manufacturer applies. Should there be any problems with the goods purchased from us, please contact PUREVA OÜ at the e-mail address epood@pureva.ee, providing the following data:
1. Invoice number or order number
2. Serial number of the purchased product or S/N (if available)
PUREVA OÜ mediates the manufacturer's warranty and warranty procedures for the equipment sold, but does not carry out warranty repairs on all the equipment itself. In the absence of an authorized service representative on the territory of Estonia, warranty repairs are carried out through PUREVA OÜ through the importer or manufacturer's factory. Warranty service is based on a device with an invoice issued by PUREVA OÜ and an undamaged serial number. If the serial number of the device is damaged or illegible, the person performing the warranty repair has the right to refuse the warranty repair free of charge.
Warranty period:
· All goods sold in www.pureva.ee online store are covered by a guarantee of at least 24 months for a private consumer. In the case of a buyer who is a legal person, the warranty period specified by the manufacturer applies.
· The warranty period is calculated from the moment the product is delivered to the buyer.
· The warranty period is suspended at a time when the buyer cannot use the item due to non-compliance with the terms of the contract, for which the provider of the warranty against defects is responsible (warranty repair period).
· The length of the warranty period and the duration of the response or maintenance period are determined by the importer of the goods.
· The warranty voucher supplied with the product must be stored, without which the warranty does not apply!
The warranty does not cover:
· User's data that has been destroyed due to the deterioration of the device or as a result of warranty repairs. It is the customer's responsibility to back up the data before the product is repaired under warranty.
· Software, including software previously installed on the device and malfunctions caused by the software.
· Malfunctions in operation and physical injuries caused by unintentional or intentional physical injury or by extraneous objects, liquids, insects, excess dust, etc. that have entered the inside of the device.
· Malfunctions in operation and physical damage caused by non-working electrical systems (lack of grounding wire, etc.), power outages or fluctuations in the mains voltage.
· Malfunctions in operation and physical injuries caused by the use of non-original parts or unsuitable accessories.
· Malfunctions in operation caused by improper use of equipment and non-compliance with the requirements of the instructions for use (use of the product under different environmental conditions than usual).
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
· If the product has been subjected to physical damage or improper maintenance.
· If the rules or conditions of use indicated in the instructions for use of the product have been violated, if the product has been used inappropriately.
· If an attempt has been made to repair the product itself or it has been done by a third party unknown to PUREVA OÜ.
· If the product serial number or product number is corrupted or not legible.
· If the product is naturally wearable.
Right of return: After receiving the order, the consumer (private person) has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the PUREVA OÜ online store without giving a reason within 14 days. The 14-day right of return does not apply to legal entities! If the condition of the item to be returned deteriorates, the consumer is liable for the decrease in value caused by the use of the item only if he has used the item in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. In order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item, the consumer should handle and use the product only as he would normally be allowed to do in a store, i.e. the returned product may have previously been taken out of the package and may be consulted, but the returned goods must be new, unused, clean and have original labels.
In order to return the goods, the customer must prepare a written application for withdrawal from the purchase of the goods and send it to the address info@pureva.ee no later than within 14 days of receiving the goods. The standard withdrawal form can be found here. The application for withdrawal can also be sent in free form by e-mail or printed a standard form and attached to the returned goods. If the condition of the goods to be returned deteriorates, the consumer is liable for the decrease in value caused by the use of the item, if the goods have been used in any other way than to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item. The consumer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to a logistics company within the aforementioned period. The cost of returning the goods is fully covered by the consumer.
The seller (PUREVA OÜ) does not undertake to repurchase low-moving goods that have been specially ordered for the customer from the factory or from external suppliers with the consent of the customer. This fact applies on the basis of an agreement made both in writing and by word of mouth, regardless of whether the client is an individual or a legal entity.
Upon receipt of the application for withdrawal, PUREVA OÜ will return to the consumer immediately, but not later than after 2 days, all fees received from the consumer on the basis of the contract, including the cost of delivery of the object used by the consumer, unless the consumer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest delivery method offered by the entrepreneur, PUREVA OÜ does not have to reimburse the consumer for a cost that exceeds the cost related to the usual delivery method. The costs related to the return of the goods shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. delivery costs) will generally be refunded within 1-2 working days. Depending on the payment method (e.g. credit card payments), the receipt may take up to 7 business days.
Procedure for submitting claims
PUREVA OÜ is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods sold to the buyer with the terms and conditions of the contract or for defects that already existed at the time of delivery of the goods and that occur during the warranty period, starting from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. The consumer has the right to turn to PUREVA OÜ within two months of the occurrence of a defect, submitting an invoice on the basis of which the purchase of the goods was paid for. In the event of a defect in the goods, please stop using the goods.
The repair or replacement of defective goods shall be agreed between PUREVA OÜ and the consumer. The cost of repairing or replacing the product is covered by the seller. PUREVA OÜ is not responsible for defects caused by the consumer's fault, which have arisen as a result of improper storage or non-purposeful use of the product.
In case of non-compliance or defects of the product, please send a complaint to the e-mail address info@pureva.ee, indicating the order number, defect of the goods, and the reason why there is a problem with the goods. If the return of the goods is not possible or the goods have been made on the basis of a special order, return is not possible.
