This load strap is a durable and reliable choice for securing and fastening various loads during transportation.

Made of high-quality 100% polyester, the strap meets the EN 12195-2 standard requirements and provides excellent grip and safe load securing.

Technical specifications:

• Length and width: 4 m x 25 mm

• Lashing capacity (LC):

  • 250 daN / 250 kg straight pull – permitted load capacity when the strap is attached to the load from one side only.

  • 500 daN / 500 kg looped – when the strap is wrapped around the load (U-fix or “loop” lashing), the capacity doubles.

• Force (SHF/STF): 50 daN / 50 kg

  • SHF (Standard Hand Force): The hand force (normally 50 daN ≈ 50 kg) used to tighten the strap with the tensioner. This is a standardized value and should not be exceeded.

  • STF (Standard Tension Force): The standard tension force applied to the load when 50 daN hand force is used. Expressed in dekanewtons (daN), this is the force compressing the load, for example, between a pallet and a trailer floor.

• LGF (Length of the Fixed End): 0.5 m (from hook to tensioner)

• LGL (Length of the Loose End): 3.5 m (from tensioner to the other hook)

• Strap elongation: less than 7%

• Standard: EN 12195-2
