Product description
CFH Schweiß-Fix SF 3100 (Art. No. 52500) is a portable oxy-fuel welding and brazing set designed for precise welding, brazing, and repair work. By combining AT 3000 special gas with oxygen, the unit produces a sharply focused, continuously adjustable flame with a flame temperature of up to approx. 3100 °C and a working temperature of up to approx. 1250 °C.
The unit is suitable for oxy-fuel welding, brazing small components, workshop repairs, model making, and other applications involving material thicknesses from 0.1 to 2.5 mm. Thanks to the hose-fed gas and oxygen supply, the torch allows precise work in almost any working position.
For safe operation, the Schweiß-Fix SF 3100 is equipped with integrated flashback arrestors in both the connection valve and the oxygen pressure regulator. The included nozzle set with four nozzles 0.6 / 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.5 mm allows the unit to be adapted to different workpieces and applications.
The complete set includes AT 3000 special gas, SF 507 oxygen, welding safety goggles, hose set, carrying frame with securing strap, and the required accessories for immediate use.
