The complete SPARTUS® PROTECT protective enclosure is a ready-made solution designed specifically for laser class 4 workstations. With dimensions of 5560 × 5500 mm and a height of 2000 mm, it allows for the quick and safe creation of a dedicated work zone, providing optical protection in accordance with current safety standards. It is an ideal choice for companies looking for a professional, ready-to-use enclosure without the need to design a custom structure.

HIGH STANDARD OF OPTICAL PROTECTION

The SPARTUS® PROTECT enclosure is made from certified protective materials compliant with DIN EN 12254:2012-4 and EN 60825-4:2006 standards. It provides effective protection against laser radiation in the 1050–1400 nm wavelength range, with the following protection levels: D AB7 + I AB8 + R AB6 + M AB8Y GDLS>1050–1400 nm, 280 mW/m² (>1050–1400, 100 sec).
This ensures full safety even when working with the most demanding laser sources.

STABLE STRUCTURE WITH MOBILE ELEMENTS

Although it is a complete cell, the SPARTUS® PROTECT system retains its mobility. Each protective panel is equipped with swivel casters with locks, allowing for easy repositioning or configuration adjustment within the workspace. The structure combines stability with flexibility to adapt to changing production needs.

DOOR WITH VIEWING WINDOW – EASY ACCESS AND VISUAL MONITORING

The enclosure includes a door with an integrated protective viewing window. It allows for easy entry and exit from the work zone without compromising the integrity of the protective structure. The viewing panel ensures safe observation of internal processes without exposure to laser radiation.
