SPARTUS XPro MIG 300
– industrial stability, synergy, and full process control

SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 is a modern inverter welding machine designed for users who expect high performance, a stable arc, and repeatable results in everyday workshop and industrial applications. 400V three-phase power supply, maximum welding current of 300A, and 60% duty cycle provide a solid power reserve for demanding production, assembly, and service tasks.
The machine supports MIG/MAG processes in manual and synergic modes, as well as TIG Lift and MMA. This makes the XPro MIG 300 a versatile welding center — from classic steel welding, through stainless steel and aluminium, to coated electrode welding and TIG welding.
MIG/MAG welding – performance, stability, and arc control
The main working area of the SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 is the MIG/MAG process, designed for fast parameter setup, stable arc control, and high weld repeatability. The user can work in manual mode, which provides full setting freedom, or use synergic programs, which significantly speed up machine configuration.
Synergy allows faster adjustment of parameters to the material, wire diameter, and shielding gas, reducing the risk of incorrect settings. This is especially important in workshop and production work, where not only weld quality matters, but also setup time and repeatable results on subsequent components.
The machine offers advanced gun operating modes: 2T, 4T, S2T, S4T, and SPOT. Classic 2T and 4T modes make it easier to adapt operation to short or long welds, while the extended S2T and S4T modes allow control over the start and end of the process. This enables the operator to precisely manage arc ignition, start current, final parameters, and weld crater filling.
SPOT mode enables repeatable spot welds, increasing accuracy when working with components that require welding time control. Inductance adjustment allows the arc characteristics to be adapted to the material and welding position — from a softer arc to a more dynamic and concentrated one. In practice, this means better penetration control, reduced spatter, and greater process stability.
SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 gives the user access to detailed welding process control. The settings menu allows adjustment of, among others, pre-flow and post-flow gas time, Soft Start, and arc start and end parameters.
The Slow Feed function controls slow wire feeding during start-up, making stable arc ignition easier and reducing the risk of process instability. Burn Back ensures proper wire feeding termination, reducing the risk of the wire sticking to the weld pool or contact tip. These functions have a real impact on working comfort and weld finishing quality.
Synergic programs
SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 offers synergic programs for the most commonly used materials and applications. The machine enables work with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and self-shielded flux-cored wire, among others. Thanks to synergy, the operator can start work faster and then fine-tune the parameters according to their own experience and the requirements of a specific joint. It is a combination of automated settings and conscious process correction.

Built-in 4-roll wire feeder
Stable wire feeding is crucial for MIG/MAG welding quality. SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 is equipped with a built-in four-roll wire feeder that ensures smooth and consistent wire feeding.
The feeder is located inside the housing and features a practical inspection window and internal lighting, making it easier to monitor the spool, wire guidance, and roller settings. This is especially useful during wire replacement, when working in poorly lit areas, and for quick workstation inspection before welding. Additionally, the storage space for spare rollers inside the feeder provides convenient access to the most commonly used accessories without the need for additional workspace organization.
The machine also supports a Spool Gun torch, increasing capabilities when working with soft wires, especially aluminium. This solution improves feeding stability and reduces issues caused by guiding soft wire over longer distances.
Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 features high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), ensuring stable operation without interference in demanding industrial environments. The machine has been designed not to affect the operation of other machines and control systems while maintaining resistance to external interference. This guarantees reliable performance in environments with automation systems, robots, and modern production installations.
20 memory channels – repeatability without wasting time
The machine offers 20 memory channels for storing custom welding parameter settings. This is a major advantage when working with repetitive components, different materials, or recurring production tasks. The operator can save proven configurations and quickly recall them without having to reset all parameters each time. The result is shorter setup time, reduced risk of errors, and higher process repeatability.
TIG Lift and MMA – wider application range
SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 is not limited to MIG/MAG welding only. The TIG Lift mode allows precise TIG DC welding with touch ignition, without the use of high-frequency HF ignition. It is a practical solution for applications requiring greater control and aesthetics.
In MMA mode, the machine offers welding current up to 250A and features such as Hot Start, Arc Force, and VRD. Hot Start facilitates electrode ignition, Arc Force stabilizes the arc during welding, and VRD improves safety by reducing open-circuit voltage. Additionally, the machine offers both constant current MMA mode and constant power mode, allowing the operating characteristics to be better adapted to working conditions and operator preferences.
Comfortable operation and clear LCD panel
The modern control panel with a clear LCD display provides quick access to the most important functions and parameters. The interface guides the user through process selection, material type, wire diameter, and additional settings, making operation intuitive even with the machine’s advanced capabilities.
During welding, the screen displays key operating parameters, allowing continuous process monitoring and quick adaptation to the requirements of a specific task.

Greater working range, fewer limitations
The thoughtfully designed cable configuration – 3-meter welding gun, work clamp, and power cable – provides real freedom of movement when working on large components and reduces the need for frequent repositioning of the machine. The 3-meter gas hose with quick connector speeds up setup and improves workstation organization, increasing overall work efficiency.
Stable trolley and work-ready design
SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 is mounted on a stable transport trolley with space for a gas cylinder. This design makes workstation organization, machine movement, and work in different areas of the workshop or production hall easier.
The IP23S protection rating increases the machine’s resistance to demanding operating conditions, while the robust housing and well-thought-out component layout make the XPro MIG 300 ready for intensive everyday work.
An additional advantage of the machine is the intelligent Fan Stop cooling control system, which activates the fan only when necessary. This results in quieter operation, reduced contamination intake, and extended component lifespan.
Technology designed for efficient and repeatable work
SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 is a welding machine for users who need performance, stability, and real process control. It combines 300A power, 60% duty cycle, synergy, advanced MIG/MAG settings, a 4-roll feeder, and program memory in one mobile design. It is a machine created for work where not only welding current matters, but also repeatability, ergonomics, and the quality of every subsequent joint.
