Classic 2T and 4T modes facilitate adaptation to short or long welds, while extended S2T and S4T modes allow control of the start and end of the process. This enables the operator to precisely manage arc ignition, starting current, final parameters and crater fill.
SPOT mode enables repeatable spot welds, improving precision when working on components requiring welding time control. Inductance adjustment allows the arc characteristics to be adapted to the material and welding position — from a softer arc to a more dynamic and concentrated one. In practice, this means better penetration control, reduced spatter and improved process stability.
SPARTUS XPro MIG 310DP also offers detailed welding process control. The operator can adjust parameters such as pre-gas and post-gas flow, Soft Start, arc start and end parameters and Burn Back, responsible for proper wire feed termination. The Slow Feed function ensures controlled wire feeding start, improving ignition stability and operator comfort.

Built-in 4-roll wire feeder
Stable wire feeding is crucial for MIG/MAG welding quality. SPARTUS XPro MIG 310 Dual Pulse is equipped with a built-in 4-roll wire feeder, ensuring smooth and uniform wire feeding.
The feeder is located inside the housing and is equipped with a practical inspection window and internal lighting, making it easier to monitor the spool, wire path and roller settings. This is particularly useful when changing wire, working in poorly lit areas and quickly checking the workstation before starting welding. Additionally, space for spare rollers in the feeder provides convenient access to the most commonly used accessories without the need to organise additional workspace.
The machine also supports a Spool Gun, increasing the possibilities of working with soft wires, especially aluminium. This solution improves feeding stability and reduces problems caused by guiding soft wire over a longer distance.
Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
SPARTUS XPro MIG 310 Dual Pulse features high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), ensuring stable operation without interference in demanding industrial environments. The machine has been designed not to affect the operation of other machines and control systems while maintaining resistance to external interference. This ensures reliable operation in environments with automation systems, robots and modern production installations.
20 memory channels – repeatability without wasting time
The machine offers 20 memory channels for saving custom welding parameter settings. This is a major advantage when working with repetitive components, different materials or recurring production tasks. The operator can save proven configurations and quickly recall them without having to reconfigure all parameters. The result is shorter setup time, lower risk of errors and higher process repeatability.
User comfort and clear LCD panel
A modern control panel with a clear LCD display provides quick access to the most important functions and parameters. The interface guides the user through the selection of process, material, wire diameter and additional settings, making operation intuitive even with the machine’s advanced capabilities.
During welding, key operating parameters are displayed on the screen, allowing the process to be monitored continuously and adjusted quickly according to the requirements of a specific task.

TIG Lift Pulse - advanced parameter control
SPARTUS XPro MIG 310 Dual Pulse is not limited only to MIG/MAG welding. TIG Lift mode enables precise TIG DC welding with touch arc ignition, without the use of HF high frequency. This is a practical solution wherever greater process control and high weld aesthetics are required.

However, the XPro MIG series takes TIG Lift capabilities a step further. The machine is equipped with an advanced TIG Lift Pulse function with pulse operation mode and access to extended welding process settings, including pulse frequency and pulse width adjustment. This solution allows even more precise control of the welding arc, heat input and weld characteristics, which will be particularly appreciated by users working with thinner materials or demanding components.
In addition to standard support for TIG torches with a gas valve, SPARTUS XPro MIG 310 Dual Pulse also supports TIG torches equipped with torch control and EURO connector. This allows the operator to conveniently control the welding process without removing their hand from the torch, significantly improving comfort and ergonomics.
