Thermofusion consists in production of paint rollers by the method of thermal fusion of fabric into the plastic roller core. The obtained connection ensures much longer durability of the roller, thanks to the elimination of a sewn or glue connection. The polyester fabric resembles sheep's wool. Holds low viscosity products well, e.g. soils and thick latex paints.
