SPARTUS XPro CUT 70CNC is a modern inverter plasma cutter designed for production plants, contractors and users who expect stable, efficient and predictable operation in industrial environments. 400V power supply, cutting current up to 60A, the ability to cut materials up to 40 mm thick and a 60% duty cycle ensure high process efficiency and readiness for operation under heavy loads.

Non-contact arc ignition without HF – more stable start and longer component life

One of the key features of the XPro CUT 70CNC is the use of a modern non-contact pilot arc ignition system without high-frequency HF. Compared with conventional HF systems, this solution:

  • reduces the risk of electromagnetic interference,
  • improves arc initiation stability,
  • increases working comfort around electronics and automation systems,
  • extends the service life of plasma torch consumables.

An additional advantage is the possibility of igniting the arc without the nozzle touching the material, which improves work ergonomics and reduces wear of working components.

Three operating modes – greater application versatility

SPARTUS XPro CUT 70CNC offers three operating modes:

  • continuous cutting,
  • intermittent cutting,
  • gouging.

As a result, the device performs not only in standard sheet metal and steel structure cutting, but also in material preparation for welding, weld removal and repair work. The gouging function significantly increases the versatility of the machine and allows the XPro CUT 70CNC to be used in more advanced workshop and production applications.

Full control of process parameters

The cutter is equipped with solutions that increase control over the cutting process and improve everyday working comfort. Adjustment of gas flow time before and after cutting (pre-gas / post-gas) helps better protect the torch and optimise arc operating conditions, while the gas test function enables quick and precise setting of the correct working pressure. In addition, 2T / 4T operating mode increases comfort when cutting long sections, and the intuitive control panel with smooth parameter adjustment allows the machine to be quickly adapted to the material type and the nature of the work.
