Product description
The CFH EL 324 Electronics Solder (Art. No. 52324) is the ideal solution for precise soldering work in electrical engineering, electromechanics, and electronics. The flux-cored, halogen-activated soft solder wire offers high temperature resistance, excellent wetting properties, and above-average spreading performance.
With a composition of Sn99.24Cu0.7Ni0.05Ge0.01, it is lead-free and meets high quality standards. It is suitable for soldering iron temperatures of up to 450 °C, with an optimal working temperature of 370–380 °C.
The solid flux residues are non-corrosive and may remain on the solder joint. For HV and HF applications, cleaning with a suitable PCB cleaner is recommended.
