Product description
The CFH NH 300 Nickel Silver Brazing Alloy (Art. No. 52300) is the perfect solution for demanding brazing applications. It is suitable for steel, copper, nickel, nickel alloys, cast iron, and hard metals, and can also be used as a welding rod for brass and bronze.
Thanks to its nickel-containing composition, it offers high hardness, excellent flow properties, and a tensile strength of up to 800 N/mm² on chrome-nickel steel.
Application is simple: thoroughly clean the brazing area, preheat the workpiece to approximately 400 °C, place the brazing rod at the joint, and melt the flux. Then heat to the working temperature of approximately 910 °C and distribute the brazing alloy evenly.
