SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 Dual Pulse is a modern inverter welding machine designed for users who expect high performance, a stable arc, and maximum control over the welding process. Three-phase 400V power supply, maximum welding current of 300A, and a 60% duty cycle provide sufficient power reserve for demanding workshop, production, and installation tasks.

The device supports MIG/MAG welding in manual, synergic, Pulse, and Dual Pulse modes, as well as TIG Lift and MMA. Thanks to this, XPro MIG 300DP performs equally well in standard structural steel welding and in more demanding applications involving stainless steel or aluminium, where arc energy control and weld aesthetics are essential.

MIG/MAG welding – greater control, better weld quality

The key operating area of the SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 Dual Pulse is the advanced MIG/MAG process, designed for stable arc performance, fast configuration, and high repeatability of results. The operator can work in manual mode, ensuring full freedom of adjustment, or use synergic programs, which automatically select parameters according to material type, wire diameter, and shielding gas.

The main advantage of the machine is the ability to operate in Pulse and Dual Pulse modes. Pulse technology allows precise control of the energy introduced into the material, resulting in a more stable arc, reduced spatter, and better weld pool control. Dual Pulse additionally enables achieving a characteristic, aesthetically pleasing weld appearance similar to TIG welding, while maintaining the high efficiency of the MIG/MAG process. This solution is especially effective when welding aluminium and stainless steel, where limiting material overheating and controlling distortion are crucial to the final weld quality. Adjustment of pulse parameters, pulse frequency, and base current allows precise adaptation of the welding characteristics to the material type and technological requirements.

The machine enables welding of mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and self-shielded flux-cored wire. The machine is equipped with an advanced TIG Lift Pulse function with pulse mode operation and access to extended welding process settings, including pulse frequency and pulse width adjustment. This solution enables even more precise control of the welding arc, heat input, and weld characteristics, especially appreciated by users working with thinner materials or demanding details.

 

In addition to standard support for TIG torches with a valve, SPARTUS XPro MIG 300 Dual Pulse also supports TIG torches equipped with handle controls and EURO connector. This allows the operator to conveniently control the welding process without removing their hand from the torch, significantly improving ergonomics and comfort. Additionally, besides the 2T and 4T modes, the machine also offers an 8T mode, enabling an extended torch control cycle.
