SPARTUS Easy MIG 267 Dual Pulse offers MIG/MAG welding in manual, synergic, single pulse, and dual pulse modes. 
Synergic programs make it easier to select welding parameters according to the material type, wire diameter, and welding process. The operator sets the basic values, while the machine automatically adjusts the dependent operating parameters. This reduces setup time, lowers the risk of errors, and helps achieve repeatable results. The option of manual parameter correction allows the arc characteristics to be adapted to the specific task, welding position, and expected weld geometry.
Dual Pulse in the MIG/MAG process makes it possible to achieve a highly aesthetic weld face with a characteristic “fish-scale” effect. This is particularly important when welding aluminium and stainless steel, where not only joint strength matters, but also appearance. Dual Pulse technology helps reduce heat input into the material, lower the risk of distortion, and improve control over the weld pool. Compared to TIG welding, it enables faster work while maintaining high weld quality and aesthetics. The machine supports programs for materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, AlSi, AlMg, and CuSi, providing a wide range of applications in everyday workshop and production work.

Cool Pulse – greater control when welding thin components

The Cool Pulse function supports welding with reduced heat input into the material. It is particularly useful when working with thinner components and materials sensitive to overheating, where arc stability, weld pool control, and reduced risk of distortion are important. In single pulse mode, at a lower wire feed speed, the machine automatically switches to Cool Pulse mode, making it easier to control the process precisely and achieve an aesthetically pleasing weld.

Stable wire feeding

The built-in four-roll wire feeder ensures stable and even feeding of the welding wire. This is particularly important when working with aluminium, where soft wire requires reliable, smooth feeding without jamming or deformation. The machine works with wires of 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2 mm diameter and spools up to 15 kg, increasing convenience during longer tasks.

Clear LCD display and convenient operation

The control panel with LCD display allows quick parameter setting and convenient management of the machine’s functions. The screen shows the key process information, including welding current, wire feed speed, voltage, voltage correction, inductance, wire diameter, 2T/4T mode, and recommended material thickness. • polarity change – enables welding with self-shielded flux-cored wire without shielding gas,
• Hot Start – easier electrode ignition in MMA welding,
• Arc Force – more stable welding with a coated electrode, also in forced positions,
• VRD – reduction of open-circuit voltage in MMA welding.
