SPARTUS XPro MIG 200 Dual Pulse
– Dual Pulse technology in a mobile form
SPARTUS XPro MIG 200 Dual Pulse is a modern welding machine designed for users who expect maximum functionality in an exceptionally compact housing. Despite its small size, the machine is equipped with a professional 4-roll wire feeder and an advanced Dual Pulse function — features typically found in much larger industrial machines.
Modern IGBT inverter technology, 230V power supply, and a wide range of welding processes make the XPro MIG 200DP ideal for both professional workshops and on-site installation or service work. Support for MIG/MAG (manual, synergic, Pulse and Dual Pulse), TIG Lift, and MMA ensures full versatility when working with various materials and applications.
XPro MIG 200DP was designed not only for mobility but also for intensive daily operation. A high 60% duty cycle at 200A ensures process stability even during long welds and more demanding applications.
MIG/MAG welding – from full control to advanced Dual Pulse
SPARTUS XPro MIG 200 Dual Pulse offers extensive MIG/MAG process configuration options, allowing the machine to be easily adapted to both everyday workshop tasks and more demanding applications. The synergic MIG DC mode significantly simplifies welding parameter configuration. The machine automatically selects optimal settings based on material type, wire diameter, and shielding gas, allowing users to start work faster while reducing the risk of incorrect settings. This solution is especially useful when working with different materials and changing tasks.
More experienced users can also take advantage of the manual mode, which provides full control over welding parameters and allows precise adjustment of the arc characteristics to suit personal preferences and specific application requirements.

However, the true potential of the machine is revealed in the Pulse and Dual Pulse modes. Pulse technology allows better control of the energy transferred to the material, stabilizes the arc, and reduces spatter. As a result, the process becomes more predictable, while the weld is cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing. The Dual Pulse mode additionally enables the characteristic “fish scale” effect known from TIG welding, while maintaining the high efficiency of MIG/MAG welding. This solution is ideal for welding aluminium, stainless steel, and thin materials susceptible to thermal distortion.
In practice, Dual Pulse means:
- less spatter,
- easier weld pool control,
- reduced material overheating,
- improved weld aesthetics,
- less post-weld finishing work.
Advanced adjustment of parameters such as pulse frequency, base current, and duty cycle allows even more precise control over the process, penetration depth, and weld appearance. As a result, the operator gains not only greater process stability but also real influence over the final weld quality. The advanced nature of the machine is also reflected in the ability to manage the welding process in detail. The user has full control over all process stages – from gas pre-flow, through soft start and ignition parameters, to arc termination. Functions such as Burn Back eliminate the risk of wire sticking, while proper post-gas settings effectively protect the weld against oxidation, reducing the need for corrections.
The machine also offers advanced torch operating modes such as 2T, 4T, and their extended versions S2T and S4T, which allow precise control over the welding process, especially during long and demanding welds. The SPOT mode increases accuracy in applications requiring repeatability and precise welding time control. Inductance adjustment allows the arc characteristics to be matched to the material and welding position, reducing spatter and improving penetration quality, while the Slow Feed function ensures stable ignition and controlled wire feeding start.
The entire system is complemented by compatibility with a Spool Gun, which significantly improves the feeding stability of soft wires, especially aluminium. This solution eliminates issues related to wire feeding over longer distances, providing greater control and repeatability of the process.
The combination of Dual Pulse mode, a 4-roll feeder, and Spool Gun compatibility creates a complete system for aluminium welding.

4-roll wire feeder – stable wire feeding
SPARTUS XPro MIG 200 Dual Pulse is equipped with a professional 4-roll wire feeder that ensures smooth and stable feeding even when working with more demanding materials such as aluminium. Stable wire transport directly affects arc quality and welding parameter repeatability. Reduced jerking and irregular feeding improve operator comfort and allow full use of the Pulse and Dual Pulse modes.
The machine supports wire diameters from 0.8 to 1.2 mm and spool sizes up to 5 kg, while maintaining a very compact design.
Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
SPARTUS XPro MIG 200 Dual Pulse features high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), ensuring stable operation without interference in demanding industrial environments. The machine has been designed not to affect the operation of other machines and control systems, while maintaining resistance to external interference. This guarantees reliable performance in environments with automation systems, robots, and modern production installations.
Memory channels – quick access to saved parameters
The machine is equipped with a memory system allowing storage of up to 20 welding programs. This enables instant recall of previously saved settings, significantly reducing setup time and ensuring high process repeatability. This solution is especially appreciated in serial production, where speed and elimination of setup errors are crucial.
TIG Lift and MMA – greater versatility
SPARTUS XPro MIG 200 Dual Pulse offers advanced TIG Lift and MMA welding modes, significantly expanding the range of applications of the machine. The TIG Lift mode enables precise touch-start welding, providing excellent arc control and a stable welding process, especially in applications requiring higher accuracy. In addition to supporting standard TIG torches with a gas valve, SPARTUS XPro MIG 200 Dual Pulse also allows the connection of a TIG torch equipped with a EURO connector and torch trigger control. This solution improves working comfort and enables more convenient control of the TIG Lift process without removing the hand from the torch.
In MMA mode, the machine offers two advanced operating modes: constant current and constant power. The first ensures a stable arc regardless of its length, resulting in high weld quality and easier process control. The second dynamically adjusts parameters to changing conditions, increasing both work comfort and efficiency. Functions such as Hot Start and Arc Force additionally support arc ignition and stabilization, especially in more demanding conditions.
Additional advantages – comfort that makes a difference
A modern, easy-to-read LCD display and intuitive control panel make machine operation quick and convenient, even with advanced functions. During welding, the interface dynamically adapts its appearance, clearly displaying the most important operating parameters, such as current and voltage values, allowing continuous process monitoring and reducing the risk of errors.

Greater working range, fewer limitations
A well-thought-out cable configuration – 3-metre welding torch, ground cable, and power cable – provides real freedom of movement when working on large components and reduces the need for frequent repositioning of the machine. A 3-metre gas hose with a quick connector speeds up connection and improves workstation organization, resulting in higher work efficiency.
Compact dimensions and full mobility
One of the many advantages of the machine is its compact design. A weight of only 14.5 kg and compact dimensions make the XPro MIG 200DP easy to transport and use wherever large welding power sources are impractical. It is an ideal solution for mobile welders, installation crews, service workshops, and users who expect high performance without compromising transport convenience and workplace organization. Despite its compact size, the XPro MIG 200DP offers functionality typical of industrial machines.
An additional advantage is the intelligent Fan Stop cooling control system, which activates the fan only when necessary. This results in quieter operation, reduced intake of contaminants, and extended component lifespan.
The IP21S protection rating ensures safe operation in workshop and industrial conditions, providing appropriate resistance to external factors.
