SPARTUS XPro MIG 500 Dual Pulse
– industrial power and perfect weld control

The advanced SPARTUS XPro MIG 500 Dual Pulse welding machine has been designed for applications where quality, repeatability, and full process control are essential. Its modern inverter design based on IGBT technology and 400V three-phase power supply ensure stable and reliable operation across a wide range of applications – from workshop tasks to intensive industrial environments.
XPro MIG 500DP offers full versatility with support for MIG/MAG (manual, synergic, Pulse, and Dual Pulse), TIG Lift, and MMA processes. A maximum welding current of up to 500A combined with a 100% duty cycle guarantees continuous, high-performance operation in industrial conditions. This solution combines advanced features known from premium-class machines with intuitive operation and high efficiency.
MIG/MAG welding – maximum control over the process
SPARTUS XPro MIG 500 Dual Pulse offers an advanced MIG/MAG process designed to provide full control over every stage of welding and to significantly improve weld quality. The foundation of the machine is its advanced synergic control and a wide range of modes – from manual settings, through synergic mode, to Pulse and Dual Pulse welding.
Manual mode gives the operator full control of parameters, synergy significantly speeds up setup and reduces the risk of errors, while Pulse and Dual Pulse allow precise arc energy control. In practice, this results in a more stable process, reduced spatter, better weld pool control, and TIG-like weld appearance – while maintaining high MIG/MAG efficiency.
The machine also offers extended torch operation modes such as 2T, 4T and their advanced versions S2T and S4T, enabling precise control over the welding cycle, especially for long and demanding welds. The SPOT mode increases precision in applications requiring repeatability and time control. Inductance adjustment allows the arc characteristics to be tailored to the material and welding position, reducing spatter and improving penetration, while the Slow Feed function ensures stable arc ignition and controlled wire feeding start.
The advanced capabilities of the machine are also visible in its detailed welding process management. The user has full control over all stages – from gas pre-flow, through soft start and ignition parameters, to arc termination. Functions such as Burn Back eliminate the risk of wire sticking, while proper post-gas settings effectively protect the weld from oxidation, reducing the need for rework.
In Dual Pulse mode, control options are even more extensive. Adjustment of base current, pulse frequency, and duty cycle allows precise heat input management, which is especially important when welding aluminum and thin materials. The result is better penetration control, reduced distortion, and a distinctive, aesthetically pleasing weld structure.
The unit is also compatible with a Spool Gun, which significantly improves feeding stability of soft wires, especially aluminum. This solution eliminates issues related to long-distance wire feeding, ensuring greater process control and repeatability.

Stable wire feeding and flexible cooling system
Another key element affecting process quality and stability is the dedicated four-roll wire feeder, designed for use with large spools. It ensures smooth and consistent wire feeding, eliminating the risk of jerking and arc instability, which is crucial in continuous operation and under heavy loads.
The use of an external feeder improves ergonomics and workstation flexibility, especially in production environments. The system is complemented by an integrated liquid cooling system, supporting operation in demanding applications and at high currents. When using air-cooled torches, the cooling unit can be switched off, allowing the machine to be adapted to current needs and increasing its versatility.
Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
SPARTUS XPro MIG 500 Dual Pulse features high electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), ensuring stable operation without interference in demanding industrial environments. The device is designed not to affect other machines and control systems while maintaining resistance to external interference. This guarantees reliable operation alongside automation systems, robots, and modern production lines.
Memory channels – quick access to saved parameters
The unit is equipped with a memory system allowing storage of up to 20 welding programs. This enables instant recall of saved settings, significantly reducing setup time and ensuring high process repeatability. This solution is especially valued in serial production, where speed and elimination of setup errors are crucial.
TIG Lift and MMA – functionality that expands possibilities
SPARTUS XPro MIG 500 Dual Pulse also offers advanced TIG Lift and MMA modes, significantly expanding its range of applications. TIG Lift mode enables precise welding with touch ignition, ensuring good arc control and stable operation, especially in tasks requiring higher accuracy.
In MMA mode, the device offers two advanced operating modes: constant current and constant power. The first ensures a stable arc regardless of its length, resulting in high weld quality and easier control. The second dynamically adjusts parameters to changing conditions, improving comfort and efficiency. Functions such as Hot Start and Arc Force further support arc ignition and stabilization, especially in more demanding conditions.
Additional advantages – comfort that makes a difference
A modern, clear LCD display and intuitive control panel make operation fast and convenient, even with advanced functions. During welding, the interface dynamically adjusts its layout, clearly presenting key parameters such as current and voltage, allowing ongoing process control and reducing the risk of errors.

An additional advantage is the intelligent cooling control system (Fan Stop), which activates the fan only when necessary. This results in quieter operation, reduced contamination intake, and extended component lifespan.

A 5-meter interconnection cable combined with 3-meter leads (power, torch, ground, and gas) provides full freedom of movement at the workstation. Fewer limitations, more comfortable work on large structures, and faster task completion.
Design and protection class – ready for real working conditions
SPARTUS XPro MIG 500 Dual Pulse is designed for intensive use. Its robust construction mounted on a transport trolley with space for a gas cylinder ensures convenience and easy mobility. The separate wire feeder increases mobility and flexibility of workstation configuration.
IP23S protection rating ensures safe operation in workshop and industrial environments, providing appropriate resistance to external factors.
Technology designed for efficient work
SPARTUS XPro MIG 500 Dual Pulse is built for professionals who expect not only power, but above all quality and repeatability. It combines advanced Dual Pulse technology, high performance, and full control over the welding process, helping reduce rework, improve weld aesthetics, and increase efficiency.
A solution that not only keeps up with production pace – but actively enhances it.
